It has been a week since Valentine’s Day, and I’m just now getting around to telling you about it.  Forgive me.  And pretend to enjoy our day a week later.  

I was pretty impressed with the healthiness of our Heart Day snack.  
And it was so fun to make “Fruit Babobs” (as Drew calls them).  I loved listening to him talk about “Fruit Babobs” (I’m smiling even as I type it).  And stab the fruit and eat it rather than actually make them.
Our wise food choices did not continue throughout the week though, as we consumed Whataburger (by we I mean I had a diet coke).
And by we, I mean Drew refused to eat the greasy burger I offered him and instead chose to indulge in this green smoothie (spinach, kale, banana, green grapes, pear, and chia seed).  He is destined to be a vegetarian.  A vegetarian linebacker.
